1- Place the order 12 days before the shipping date.
2- For cash flow issues i request 100% of the invoice proforma more the additional
charges, because thedirect operation i must pre-pay. This initial payment must
be made 12 days before the date of shipment.
3- After the customer has squared the DOA according to the instructions,
described in the policy-DOA must make the difference in the amount within 2
days.
4- The price of our product is obviously FOB, we do not cover box deterioration,
since the order is onboard the plane or ship to its destination.
5- The air freight and its charges correspond to the customer.
The Exporter undertakes to send the marine ornamental fish on the agreed date and
guarantees the quality and health of the specimens at the time of delivery. Efforts shall be
made to ensure that the fish arrive in optimal condition.
In the event of delays caused by the airline or shipping company, I am not responsible for
reasons that it is an external factor that I personally cannot control.
Shipping costs, including insurance, flights, and duties, will be the responsibility of the
Importer.
Applicable law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic and any dispute shall be
submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.
In the event that an animal arrives dead at the Importer (DOA), the Importer shall notify the
exporter within 24 hours of receipt of the animal, providing photographic evidence of the
DOA animal.
If the DOA is 10% compared to the amount sent written on the packing list and official, commercial invoice, the exporting company will not cover the mortality.
The Exporter undertakes to replace the DOA fish in the next shipment or issue a refund for
the value according to the category that corresponds to the animal; the following tables are, the Doa value.
